Monthly plan data resets on the activation date; data packs never expire and remain available until used. Start by considering how often you’ll use the service, then compare data allowances.

Monthly plans: choose by monthly usage

All subscription prices shown are monthly. Data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first of the calendar month. Check your recent usage before choosing a plan rather than estimating based only on your device count.

Light use

Starter Plan

¥9.9/month

  • Includes 60GB of monthly data
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • No limit on devices connected at the same time

A good fit if you mainly browse the web, check email, and collaborate on documents. If cross-border access is just one part of your workday and you don’t spend long stretches streaming video, start by estimating your actual usage. This plan has the same route coverage and device policy as the other monthly plans; the difference is the monthly data allowance. Keep an eye on usage if you often transfer large files or stream HD video for extended periods.

Heavier use

High-Usage Plan

¥28/month

  • Includes 500GB of monthly data
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • No limit on devices connected at the same time

A good fit if you regularly transfer large files, stream video for long periods, or work across multiple devices. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: usage across all connected devices counts toward your plan’s allowance. If your monthly usage varies significantly, compare the data packs below. Monthly plans reset on a set cycle, while data packs retain any unused data.

TRAFFIC PACK / Pay by capacity

Data packs: use until depleted

Data packs never expire, and unused data does not reset at the end of the month. They’re a good fit if your usage is irregular or difficult to estimate month to month. Compare capacity based on your expected total usage; there’s no need to choose a larger pack than you need for short-term use.

Occasional use

300GB Data Pack

¥158/300GB

A good fit if you don’t need cross-border access every day but want data available when you do. Data packs never expire and remain available until used; they do not add or restore data monthly. If your usage shifts to regular video streaming or frequent file transfers, compare monthly plans with larger data packs.

Choose this plan
Occasional heavy use

1000GB Data Pack

¥358/1000GB

For irregular use with high data needs in a single session, such as a temporary period of remote collaboration or file transfers. You get a fixed data allowance, not a monthly quota for a set period. Unused data never expires, but actual consumption depends on how you use the service after connecting.

Choose this plan
Large data reserve

3000GB Data Pack

¥658/3000GB

A good fit if your past usage gives you a reliable estimate of long-term data needs and you’d rather not choose capacity repeatedly. Before purchasing, consider your usage habits: a larger allowance does not change route conditions or guarantee the same speed on every connection. Data packs are consumed as you use them until depleted; they do not renew automatically like monthly plans.

Choose this plan

How do you choose between the two billing options?

First consider how regularly you use the service, then compare data allowances. If you use it every month and can estimate your needs from your devices’ network usage records, monthly plans offer a predictable reset schedule. If you only need it for specific projects or trips, data packs are straightforward: usage is deducted from your balance, and any remaining data never expires.

Don’t treat plan pricing as a guarantee of fixed connection speeds, or route counts as the number of simultaneous connections available. Route selection and data allowance are separate considerations: routes determine your current access path, while the plan determines how much data you can use. For information about regions and route types, see Servers and Routes, then return here to choose a data allowance.

INCLUDED / What’s covered

What’s included with every plan

These are shared service features, not add-ons. The key differences between plans are price, data allowance, and data rules.

This table compares the listed plans; it does not require you to use a particular region after purchase. Monthly plan data resets on the monthly cycle tied to your activation date. Data packs draw from a fixed total allowance and never expire. Before choosing, double-check the plan details shown in the user dashboard.

PAYMENT / How to pay

Payment methods and checkout

VPNNX accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a monthly plan or data pack in the user dashboard, then check the tier, price, and data rules before following the payment instructions shown there. Don’t infer the price of other tiers from the amount on a single plan card; this page lists the current prices for comparison.

New to VPNNX? Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. If you already have an account, sign in. Before paying, make sure you’ve chosen between a monthly plan that resets and a data pack that never expires and remains available until used. Their data rules differ; a data pack is not a monthly allowance.

After payment, view your plan and subscription options in the user dashboard. Client downloads and subscription details are also accessed there; this page does not provide static installers or subscription links. If the payment page or plan status doesn’t match your expectations, keep the order details shown in the dashboard and contact support with the plan you selected and the issue you encountered.

REFUND / Refunds

14-day no-questions-asked refund

VPNNX offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, open a support ticket in the user dashboard and include the relevant order details and your request. Read the Terms of Service before submitting. Refund terms are listed separately from plan prices so you can review each before paying.

If you’re having trouble choosing a route, importing a client configuration, or connecting, you can also describe your device platform, selected region, and what’s happening in a support ticket to help us identify the issue. This does not prevent you from requesting a refund under the refund policy. Refer to the order and terms shown in the dashboard; don’t assume refund coverage based on conditions that aren’t listed.

QUESTIONS / Billing & refunds

Frequently asked questions

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Choose 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB based on your expected usage over a month; the reset date isn’t the same for everyone or tied to the start of the calendar month. If your usage varies, compare the data pack rules too.

Do data packs expire?

Data packs never expire and remain available until used. They don’t reset monthly and aren’t an alternative billing period for a monthly plan. Use your past usage as a guide to decide whether a fixed data allowance fits your long-term needs.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade billed?

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, confirm your current and intended plan in the user dashboard. Don’t calculate the final amount shown there based only on the difference between the monthly prices on two plan cards.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Choose a plan in the user dashboard, check the price, and follow the payment steps shown. Before paying, confirm whether you’ve selected a monthly plan that resets or a data pack that never expires.

How do I request a refund?

VPNNX offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Submit a request through the support ticket section in the user dashboard, and review the refund details in the Terms of Service first. Include the relevant order details when submitting your request to help us review it.

Do I need a separate plan for each device?

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Choose a plan based on your total data usage: multiple devices can share one account, but they don’t increase the data allowance.
